Defective Products

Vibrantz Technologies Inc. ( Ferro Corporation, Chemical Industry ) warrants CerMark™ branded laser marking materials. Certificate of Compliance (CoC): FERRO Inc. (seller) warrants Cermark branded laser marking materials to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and to have an effective shelf-life under normal use, for a period of six (6) months from the date of invoice. The shelf-life will be longer as long as the product is kept airtight and liquefied.

Defective Cans

If a can experiences any issues within 30 days of being invoiced, kindly complete the following form: RMA FORM, online and provide us with photos of the bottom of the cans that are defective along with your invoice number.
